Range of nursing services provided in the home following assessment of persons needs, including wound management, continence care and nursing care. Nursing service for frail aged & people with disabilities, as well as general public. Includes advocacy, palliative care, advice on health issues & hearing clinic. Home visits are available (first visit) for parents with a new baby who live within the Shire. Services for children are available at Early Childhood Centres or Community Nursing Clinics in Primary Schools. Referral through self, family, medical or agency.
