Is there any support for those suffering isolation? If I die in my bed tonight, my body won't be discovered for months. Sorry to bother you all. Even just one phone call per week, for 1 minute, just to check I am still alive and well. Owen (Belmore NSW).

I'd be very grateful for anyone to share how they have approached and overcome significant debt spread across credit cards, paying high interest. I'm too scared to ask anyone I know because I am so ashamed of how unmanageable my life became in active addiction.
Now I've been clean for a while but am struggling to manage finances or pay off debt beyond the monthly interest. Does anyone have abny ideas? Feeling quite hopeless about this
