Advice on: daily living skills, mobility, home assessment/modification, communication/swallowing difficulties. "Finding your Feet" programme deals with balance and mobility. Education eg stroke, diabetes, Parkinsons. Building self esteem and confidence.

I have been a bit lost for 8 months. My family broke apart after my wife attacked me with scissors and destroyed all my belongings and cut up all my clothes. my wife then took my kids away (who were in my care) and threatened to take them to China. Blocked all contact I've not known where they were till last month and I've been left couch surfing and living off the good graces of a few friends.

Hi my name is Malika, i am in desperate need for some food, i have spent my last on my car as i need the vehicle to get me from work to pick up kids from school and back home, otherwise i couldtn get anywhere, if anyone would be able to help i would very much appreciate it, as i got my own rental at a very young age i am finding it difficult to put food in our mouths aswell.. any help would be very helpul at this very moment.
