Community Options - clients requiring high level service eg personal care, dementia respite, housework, home nursing, paramedical, provision of equipment and case management. Veterans Home Care providing low level support to eligible Veterans includes domestic assistance, personal care, respite, home and garden maintenance. Boronia Gardens Day Centre and Valley Tours - in centre activities and outings.
