To obtain a Carer's Continence Pack, phone the Aged Care Info Line 1800 330 066. Pack contains: 1. Information booklet on continence; 2. Fridge magnet with contact information; 3. Toilet card - which states "I am caring for a person with a medical condition who needs to use the toilet quickly - thank you".

I had a very tough year the last few months I had to watch my mother slowly die from breast cancer, been struggling since mums passing before I turned 50. My family doesn't talk to me after mother passed been a lot of other things on my mind in regards to my immediate family. I feel so lost and lonely don't see anything to live for even though I've got 4 grown kids and 4 grandchildren still I can't feel anything any more for anyone. I need help please

Hi, I was wanting to know if i can access Telstra vouchers online somewhere? or do i still need to attend St Vincent DePaul's to obtain them! Can someone please advise me.
Also can anyone assist and or advise me on obtaining cheaper and permanent accommodation via services relevant my lease ends this November i am in a high rental house and need to get out of here as i cannot afford this anymore....thanking you with kind regards Susan
