Provision of housing for people on a low income. To be eligible, people must be: An Australian citizen or permanent resident of NSW. Able to meet income and asset test. Over 18 years of age. Applications for priority housing for people with a disability or mental illness. Documentation, eg medical certificate and letters of support, is required. Specialist staff available to discuss needs if required.
