The forty Resident Funded units have two bedrooms, a north/south aspect, are mirror reversed and are identical in design. All Resident Funded units have carports, locked storage area and front and rear garden/courtyards. Self care revolves around the independence of the resident(s) to effectively care for themselves. The advantages of self care retirement living include freedom from home and grounds maintenance, companionship of other Residents, and a sense of security while maintaining a flexible lifestyle. Visitors are welcome at all times. Meals delivered if needed.
