The Kojonup Hospital offers the following services :- Emergency . Extended Care . Home and Community Care . Outpatients . Palliative Care . Radiology . Respite Care Has a Doctor on call. General medical and post surgical service delivery. Public Hospital offering private beds as required. Variety of visiting Allied Health Professionals - Also has Extended Care Nurse. HACC is situated within the Hospital and available on Tues, Wed and Thurs. David Carter is the coordinator. HACC services include centre based day care , domestic assistance, personal care, transport to shopping and medical appointments, meals on wheels ,social support, nursing care, home maintenance and transport There are x6 HC plus a respite(Lechenaultia House) , beds for seniors and is located in separate wing of hospital - in Lechenaultia House aged care facility.
