In-Home allied health services available to housebound clients, covers all areas of the Coast. Drs referral preferred but self referral is accepted.

Gold Coast CHARM - Community Health Assessment Relearning & Maintenance Program 6 - 8 week program for aged or young adults with a disability. Advice on: daily living skills, mobility, home assessment/modification, communication/swallowing difficulties. "Finding your Feet" programme deals with balance and mobility. Education eg stroke, diabetes, Parkinsons. Building self esteem and confidence.
