The Diversity Health Coordinators Program is one strategy in the Diversity Health Program for South East Sydney Area Health Service. The Coordinators are responsible for: identifying community needs, developing and implementing health promotion projects, developing and implementing policies ensuring culturally competent care, building partnerships with external agencies, supporting research projects and initiatives, and facilitating networking and information exchange.
