The staff at Clare Holland House provide specialised pallative support for patients living with an advanced, progressive, life limiting illness. Patients may be supported at home by the Home Based Palliative Care team, as an inpatient at the 19 bed Clare Holland House hospice, or on request may be visited as an inpatient at any of the hospitals in the ACT.
