Light aerobic exercise in heated hydrotherapy pool. Group initially started for people with asthma, now open to people 50 years and over. Anybody who would like to increase their fitness level, reduce the risk of asthma or simply would like to join a gentle exercise group. The pool is 1 metre deep so you do not have to know how to swim.
