This program is a free, confidential monitoring and social contact service to those in the community who are socially isolated and at risk of illness or accident. The regular social call includes an emergency response procedure which alleviates the fear that should anything happen no one will know. Telecross also assists those recovering from a hospital stay or provides a short term service whilst family is away.

Also provide telephone monitoring, replacement of batteries in smoke detectors and alarms. Resource transport and other services for their clients.
