Resident, Western Australian Pension Concession Card Holders in receipt of: AGE, DSP, WFA, WFD, DVA pensioners (only if DVA recipients are not entitled to Dept Veteran Affairs assistance), dependent children (under 16yrs) listed on the above concession cards . WA senior card holders. Maximum Subsidy of up to $50.00 once every 2 years. (to eligible recipient.) Updated March 2008
