Meals on wheel are a HACC subsidised meals service for frail aged and people with disabilities who are living in the Kalamunda Shire. Volunteers prepare and deliver nutritional meals Monday to Friday. Services are administrated from Jack Healey Centre in Kalamunda. Meals can be purchased for the cost of $4.00 per meal for people engaging in this program from Jack Healey centre. These services are available for people who live in the Kalamunda Shire. Esperance Senior Citizens Centre offers the following activities : Carpet Bowls, Crib, Gentle Gym, Cards , Rumekin, Over 55's Exercise, Sing-a-long ; Tai Chi, China and Hobby Painting, Computer Lessons; Table Games Afternoon, Joy Tidow's Quiz Afernoon, Wednesday Lunches, Sing-A-Long, Stay on your feet 1and 2, Chess, Sundowner, Darts Friday Fish n Chips Night (4th Friday). The Esperance Community Bus is available for hire. Seniors Group bookings can be arranged. Esperance Bridge Club meets here each Tues evening, Wed and Sat afternoons. There are exercise programs - over 55s+ exercises and Stay on Your Feet (SOYF) - are on twice a week at the centre.
