It is aimed at people new to exercise and social interaction and fun are a big part of this class where movements are simple, with music appropriate to the age level.

This group is conducted by a physiotherapist every Thursday morning and Monday afternoon for anyone who is over 30 years of age and wants to improve their muscle tone, reduce chronic pain and improve their strength. Participants need to bring a towel, water and closed in shoes.
