Based at Gosford Hospital outreach programs are provided throughout the Central Coast community. Womens health nurses provide clinics: Pap smears and pelvic examinations, Breast examinations, Pregnancy testing and information, Contraceptive advice, Diaphram fittings, Postnatal checks, Menopause and Hormone Replacement Therapy information. The service also provides assessment, advocacy, information, resources referral. The Women's Health Service offers a range of education programs and health promotion projects.

The Shoalhaven Breast Cancer Support Group aims to provide a supportive environment that nurtures the building of networks. An evening Support Group is held on the 2nd Wed of each month at 7 pm in the function room at the Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen's Club. No formal referral process - people can self refer.
