The Continence Aids Assistance Scheme is an Australian Government program that assists eligible people who have permanent and severe incontinence to meet some of the costs of continince products. Eligibility for CAAS include people aged 5 to 15 years and 65 years and over. People who hold a Pensioner Concession Card and who have a non-neurological cause for their incontinence, such as autism, cancer, prostate disease or dementia will also be able to access CAAS.
