Veterans' Home Care (VHC) :- Under contract to the Department of Veterans' Affairs, the St Ives Group, operating as "Aged Care Services Australia" Pty Ltd, provides a Veterans' Home Care assessment and coordination service in the East and South West Metro regions of WA. This program provides services and care to eligible veterans, and war widows/widowers with appropriate Gold or White card. The services available are:- Home help, personal care, home and garden maintenance and respite care. DVA also provides community nursing and funding for in-home and resident respite for up to 28 days.
