The outreach services are based at the Church and support centre in Elizabeth Place and provides emergency relief, material aid, advocacy, referral and support to people in personal and financial crisis.

The El Shaddai College now known as The King's College, is on the same site as The Freeway Church - also formerly known as El Shaddai Christian Fellowship- is a Christian organisation whose outreach program includes CommunityCare(Bread Basket Ministry) Program :- provides emergency food relief. There is a dedicated building just behind the Freeway Church where the Bread Baslet Ministry operates each Wednesday. Also serves as a drop-in centre with couches to sit on and tea , coffee and a chat freely available. The centre is open from 9.30am and clients come and drop in their baskets and the Ministry volunteers will fill the basket with fresh food and other groceries according to availablity. A $5 contribution is requested but not essential to delivery of service.

This Centre operates a Canteen and Thrift shop in Wesley Way Arcade which is next to the Church. The canteen is located on the 1st floor in Wesley Arcade , opposite the post office. Tea, biscuits, scones and a cup of soup are offerred for a small cost. There is also a thrift shop that offers cheap clothing and some household items.These services are volunteer-run.

The Kwinana Vinnies Centre is a charity /op shop and Care Centre for people to drop in , have a cuppa and a chat.This is also a welfare service providing food parcels, and furniture and clothing vouchers for emergency relief.The food parcels are non-perishable items and are delivered by Conference members of Vinnies each afternoon to the household recipient of emergency help.
