Dial-a-Ride offers door to door transport taking for HACC recipients to selected shopping centres and to the Freo CBD. On Mondays there is a range of social outings. Tues - Fri -Return trips to shopping centres. This service is for people residing in the City of Freo,Town of East Freo,Town of Mosman Park & City of Cockburn and extends its outings to City of Rockingham. Drops off at designated points eg: shops and picks them up a couple of hours later to be taken home. Does not include medical appointments but will drop off outside Fremantle hospital if in Freo on the run. Dial A Ride offers this service to older adults and people with a disability residing within the City of Fremantle, City of Cockburn, Town of East Fremantle and Town of Mosman Park and extends its outings to residents of the City of Rockingham. You may refer yourself for this service, or referrals are accepted from family, friends or your health professional. All clients are assessed for HACC eligibility.

This service provides transport for seniors and people with disabilities living in the City of Joondalup. The clients must have difficulty accessing public transport. Clients can contact the city for a bus service to pick them up from their place of residence. This can include Senior Citizen Centres & local shopping centres & retirement villages. Currently visiting: Ocean Reef retirement village, Grandview Lodge , Cheroke Village Caravan park, Kingsley Lodge, Trinity Village, Barridale Lodge. Coverage: Marmion, Sorrento, Duncraig, Greenwood, Warwick, Craigie, Hillarys, Kallaroo, Padbury, Kingsley, Woodvale, Beldon, Connolly, Edgewater, Heathridge, Joondalup, Mullaloo, Ocean Reef, Currambine Iluka & Kinross.

This service provides a shopping bus on weekdays to older people who can't access public transport. The clients need to be mobile as no wheel chair or walking frame facilities are available on the buses. The City of Wanneroo operates the service. The service can only be accessed after an assessment is completed.

Customer Service Assistant for people with disabilities (If you are a train passenger who requires assistance to board or alight from suburban trains you may use the 'Telephone for Assistance' booking service. To organise assistance call 1800 800 022 (please allow at least 60 minutes before you require this service). Updated March 2008 When you call this number be prepared to give the operator the full details of your proposed journey. You will need to supply the following: Departure time Departure point Destination arrival time Any return details Contact telephone numbers Your name These details will allow a Customer Service Assistant (CSA) to be positioned at your boarding station, destination and transfer point if required. Please arrange to be at the station at least 5 minutes prior to the train's timetabled departure time so that the CSA can assist you.

Volunteer Task Force has now taken over HACC transport and they exists to serve the frail, elderly, younger disabled and their carers, living in our community , to enable them to remain living as independently as possible in their own homes. Taking new clients for gardening, domestic assistance, home maintenance and social support services in HACC region Metro South West(LGA's Fremantle, Melville and Cockburn) and for Metro South East (LGA's Belmont , Canning South Perth, Victoria Park ). Opening Rockingham area soon Open for social support and one - off minor home maintenance in all suburbs we service.
