(VCC) runs the Community Visitors Scheme (CVS) program which serves as a role to support residents living in Commonwealth subsidised aged care facilities across the Central Coast, including residents of ethnic or cultural background the areas served by VCC are: Bateau Bay, Hamlyn Terrace, Wyee, Killlarney Vale, Wyong, Wyoming and Point Clare. The CVS is funded by the Department of Health and Ageing to provide volunteer community visitors to those residents who are socially isolated, and whose quality of life would be improved by friendship and companionship. The one-on-one friendship helps to connect the resident to the community and reduces their risk of isolation. It is the role of VCC to recruit, train and support volunteer community visitors.

The aim of the group is to give older men an opportunity to relate to each other in an all male environment and a non threatening ambience. Through OMNI men can meet to talk on a regular basis and in a confidential manner about issues that may affect their lives. There are 25 groups in NSW.

A social Group for senior Jewish citizens. The club organises guest speakers, bus outings, card games, light lunches and general get togethers. All services are free of charge except for the bus outing for which a small cost is incurred.

ECHO - Bondi Junction Neighbourhood Centre

The centre offers drop-in facilities, coffee/tea, newspapers,information and referral on local community services, educational services, boarding house accommodation support and recreational activities. Also offers Tax Help between July and October and free hearing tests fortnightly on a Thursday (bookings essential) Group activities (including an exercise program for women who have arthritis or similar problems), community settlement service for recently arrived migrants (including a walking group on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month) and self-help groups also provided. The Centre also offers a home visiting Neighbour Aid Program.Weekly Bingo with transport available within the area. No charges on activities but any donation welcome.
