AASE is a broad-based non-categorical association concerned with all who have special education needs. It aims to promote the rights of adults and children with special educational needs and provide support to people involved in special education. Please Note: The Association does not have a physical presence in Tasmania.

Advance and protect the interests of all pensioners and work for pensioners rights and welfare. Social activities and monthly bus outings for pensioners. The Association regularly invites guest speakers to address the monthly meetings, and conducts fund raising activities (such as raffles and stalls) with proceeds donated to those in need.

NCWT consists of approximately 25 affiliated, non-government organisations in southern Tasmania with statewide links to over 4,000 women. The affiliated organisations are voluntary groups working together, helping each other, the community and its families.
