AQA is a provider of support and services for people with severe physical disabilities, specifically spinal cord injury, to attain maximum independence and to integrate into the community. AQA has experience and knowledge of the needs of people with disabilities and can therefore offer employment, education and vocational training and support while taking into account medical requirements and physical limitations. Also provides - - attendant care service - information/peer support service:- i) raising awareness and educating the community about the issues of spinal cord injury, and ii) motivating and assisting those with spinal cord injury during their rehabilitation and re-integration in the community.

Services include a newsletter, workshops, seminars, forums and publications. Information is available in languages other than English. The main function of VICSEG is to provide information on children's services for immigrants and refugees from non English speaking backgrounds and to assist them with their child care needs. It also ensures that policy and decision makers and service providers are aware of the needs of immigrant families from non English speaking backgrounds.
