A community based education and exercise program for older women and men,A.I.M (Active, Involved, Mature) promotes good health and well-being through exercise and the sharing of health information to healthy older people, frail older people, people with disabilities and people from different cultures. A.I.M. for Fitness has been providing services for older men and women since 1988. Classes are held each term and there are four terms a year of 10 weeks duration.. Classes are held locally at accessible community venues. One or more classesmay be taken each week and are graded to suit the level of those taking part..
