Heart Moves is a low to moderate exercise program suitable for anyone who hasn't done any exercise in a while. Sailability Central Coast meets at Gosford Sailing Club every 1st Saturday of each month 9 am - 2 pm from September - May. Sailability is a non-profit organisation dedicated to increasing sailing opportunities for everyone, regardless of age or disability. The Active Over 50 program is physical activity designed to improve balance, strength, and fitness, and offers group classes in gentle exercise, strength training, aqua fitness, ballroom dancing and Tai Chi. Classes are specifically for people aged 50 and over, are affordable, and conducted by trained fitness professionals. St Agatha's Gathering Group provides social support and interaction for seniors from St Agatha's Church and the wider community in Hornsby. Activities include indoor bowls, canasta, board games, darts, crafts (making rugs to donate to "Youth Off The Streets"), bingo (once a month) and excursions (on the 3rd Wednesday of each month). Lifeball - Grafton

Regular Lifeball group, meeting Wed 9.30am-11.30am at Grafton Regional Sports and Entertainment Centre, Powell St Grafton. Lifeball is a safe team game designed so that anyone can play and is especially suited to older people. The game is a similar to a modified form of netball and basketball and incorporates activities such as walking, passing and throwing to encourage physical movement and teamwork.

Magic Yellow Bus

The Magic Yellow Bus is a mobile supported play and information service for children 0-12 years and there parents/carers. It provides an outdoor setting where children can join in a range of activities, eg painting, play-dough, craft etc. It also provides an opportunity for families to interact with members of the community. The Magic Yellow bus also acts as an access and referral service for relevant community services and information. The Bus is located at a different park every day, in the Marrickville area. The Day Care for CALD Frail Aged Program is a respite program that offers social activities and support for frail aged Chinese, Italian, Polish, Maltese and 'multicultural' (generalist/various) ethnic groups. A Mild Dementia Specific group is also available. Pick up and drop off can be arranged from participants home if needed and lunch is provided (with small charge). This service uses its own 2 buses (wheelchair access available) and every group is accompanied by two bilingual driver/assistants and volunteers.
