A three - phase program to deliver education about cardiac services to clients in the Top End. Public Hospital, Organ donation Co-ordinator available 24hrs/7 days per week. Organ donations including heart, lung, liver, pancreas and kidneys can be donated up to age 75. Tissue donations including corneas, heart valves, bones, skin, cartilage and tendons. Corneas only up to 90 years of age. Special conditions apply - telephone co-ordinator for further information. Once donation has been made, the body is surgically repaired and returned to family, etc. for normal burial, without major delay.
