Aimees' Place is day care centre specifically aimed at people with Dementia and their carers. The centre provides morning and afternoon tea, some lunches and programs to enable clients to maintain daily living skills and activities to stimulate interest.

Monday Group suitable for people with mild dementia held at Ashbury Senior Citizen Centre. Hot meals provided. Structured activities program designed for mental stimulation, reality orientation, and for the groups enjoyment. Recreational activities eg, gentle exercise, crafts, special day celebrations, outings, support/companionship.

People living with dementia from a Russian, Italian, Greek and Egyptian Coptic background. Tuesdays is held at Concord Community Centre, Fridays at Lilyfield. Each bilingual carer will provide pick up and drop off from each participant's home. This includes transport, morning and afternoon tea, culturally appropriate lunches and a D.T designed program with activities for the day. Monthly outings and music and art therapy are also included. Greek - Tues & Friday. Italian - Tues & Friday. Russian - Wednesday. Frail Aged Greek - Monday. Frail Aged Italian - Friday.

The centre based daycare for those living with Dementia operates from 10.00am to 2.30pm every Wednesday. Participants are picked up from their home and returned by a local community transport bus or the Co.As.It minibus. At the Centre, our participants are provided with morning tea/coffee and biscuits, a hot meal for lunch with Italian bread and fresh fruit. Social activities include, bingo, Italian cards, gentle exercises, games, an occasional outing and now and again watching and Italian film.

Hammond Care Day Centre is a HACC funded centre based day care service for the frail aged and people with dementia. The service is located in Hammondville and clients attend from the Liverpool, Bankstown and Fairfield LGA.

This service provides centre based day care for CALD dementia clients who have a working carer. Meals and transport are provided, activities and outings are organised. Held weekly, on Wednesdays.

The service aims to provide 1:1 and/or small group activities on weekends or out of hours for people with early onset dementia who have limited access to social or community activities.
