Provides a day care program for frail and disabled Jewish members of the community. Daily program includes: exercise, speakers, performances, excursions, games and art therapy activities. Kosher meals are provided, as well as morning tea. Special dietary needs can be catered for. Dementia specific programs are available, and Russian speaking programme on Wednesday. The Centre bus picks up members who live in Randwick, Waverley, Woollahra and Botany LGAs. Russian speaking people from Waterloo, Surry Hills and Redfern are transported to the Centre on Wednesdays.

Provides respite for carers of people with dementia. Provides a program of activities that will enhance the psychological, spiritual, cultural, social and physical wellbeing of an individual. Clients are collected from home and returned home at the end of the program. Clients are provided with morning tea, hot lunch and afternoon tea. A monthly program of activities is given to the clients at regular times. Activities may occasionally be held away from the centre, eg lunch, picnic, BBQ, concerts.

The Host Homes Program is a day respite program funded by National Respite for Carers Program to enhance the lives of clients with early stage dementia or short term memory loss. Six hours of respite for carers is provided on an ongoing basis one day per week.The program caters for up to 4 clients and operates in a secure family environment once a week. Host homes are held in Prospect, Scottsdale and Invermay. Referrals from family, GPs, Community Nurses or self.

As the region's dementia specific PAG facility, Eyres House is a secure environment providing a Monday to Friday program for 10 to 15 clients each day with a diagnosis of dementia. An Overnight Weekend Cottage Respite program is provided every third weekend from Friday afternoon through to Monday morning for up to eight clients with a diagnosis of dementia. This program is also able to provide emergency overnight respite as needed
