This is a support group for the International Ryder Cheshire Foundation which helps people with disabilities. During weekdays the house is occupied by the Witmore Training & Support group. New Era provides centre and community based training & support for people with intellectual disabilities through a day program and Community Participation Program. Training programs focus upon activities for daily living in the community such as Community Access including walking/road crossing skills, Shopping, social skills, banking, money recognition and money handling, library access, etc. Program runs 9am - 3pm. Achilles is a non-competitive and social worldwide organisation run by volunteers that encourages and enables people with all kinds of disabilities to participate in exercising with the general public. Physical disabilities currently catered include sight impairment, leg amputees, hip and leg injuries, etc. Achilles meets very Sunday morning, rain, hail or shine, on the steps of the Art Gallery of NSW opposite the Domain at 8.10 am. We train (run, walk or wheel) for an hour. For those who are not physically challenged and want to help others enjoy exercise, you can act as a pilot, assisting with training sessions and races. We have regular social events including BBQs and breakfasts. A bi-monthly newsletter is available.

A social group that offers a range of activities for older members of the Greek community who live in the Randwick, Botany and Waverley area. Activities include community outings, tea & coffee, guest speakers, lunch. The group meets every Thursday at St Spyridon's Church from 10am. DISABILITY EMPLOYMENT NETWORK - assists people who have an intellectual, physical or sensory disability, an acquired brain injury, or learning difficulties, who require individual support to gain and maintain open employment. TRANSITION TO WORK - assists school leavers who have completed Year 12 who have a disability with moderate to high support needs to develop pre-vocational skills to provide the transition from school to the workforce and further training. Referral is required through NSW Schools to DADHC for access to this service. Geographical area covered by this service: Dubbo, Narromine, Trangie, Wellington, Yeoval, Gilgandra and Coonabarabran. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION - a service designed to provide school leavers who have completed Year 12 who have a disability with moderate to high support needs with opportunities for continued learning, life skill development and participation in the community through community work, continued education, and living skills programs.

Rainbow Club provides swimming sessions for young people 0-18 with a disability. The Rainbow Club is a non-profit organisation. It aims to offer regular sports to young people whose physical or intellectual capabilities make it difficult for them to attend many clubs. The Rainbow Club offers parents and families the opportunity to meet and share their knowledge, while gaining support from others. The main activity, swimming, gives children both an all-round exercise and the skills to integrate into the community. Other activities include horse riding and excursions. Provider of Community Participation & Transition to Work programs for Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care. For people with mild intellectual disabilities including those with high support needs. Services offered are tailor made to meet the needs of individuals. Most programs have a focus toward skill development and independence. Services are provided with either one-to-one worker out in the community, or in small groups in the Rosebery Centre. For people with higher support needs, services are more focused towards therapy. For example, swimming, yoga and massage. Also provides Pathways, a group centre based day program for 18-65 year olds not eligible for the DADHC funded services. In this program priority is given to long term disability and those with ageing carers.
