This is a multidisciplinary team with a psychiartrist as the head plus a psychologists and social workers . Although there is a clinic , the team goes to their residence for an assessment. From there the client is case managed for the next 3 months . Referral is from GPs and service providers but can self refer. Counselling , advice, support and respite are also provided or referred on to both the carer and the recipient.
