The service has a respite house at 97 Yentoo Drv, Glenfield- in Wagga. Family Link has 12 workers who are all trained and have first aid certificates. Budawang is a Dept of Education training school for students, aged 4 - 18 years with intellectual disabilities and associated physical and emotional disabilities. An assessment is then carried out by the District School Counsellor and District Guidance Officer. Students are offered individualised educational programs in academic, living, leisure and vocational activities. Students have access to the latest computer technology. Parents and carers are involved in the establishment and maintenance of these programs, through individual educational plans. Respite support is negotiated through the Respite Support Agreement in consultation with the person with a disability and their families/carers and is flexible and tailored to meet individual needs. A range of respite options is possible such as; in home, host family respite, private allocation to arrange own support, peer support programs. Within the host program, if applicable, a consumer is carefully linked with a volunteer carer who receives a reimbursement to cover out of pocket expenses. Interchange also has a house that is available for self funded respite support and/or for families/carers to use. Staff/volunteer support can be brokered through Interchange. There is a 24 hour message bank for after hours calls.

The Attendant Care program is administered by the Dept of Ageing Disability and Home Care, and provides paid attendants to assist with personal care tasks and related domestic assistance. Assistance is primarily provided within the home, however the program does permit the provision of service at other locations. The maximum amount of care provided is 34 hours per week. Eligible applicants must have a physical disability, be of working age (16 to 64), live in a nursing home or long term hospital bed or be at risk of being placed in one, and the program must be the applicant's only long term living option. The applicant must be able to manage within a cap of 34 hours of support per week and have the capacity to direct their carers. People whose disability results in a serious cognitive deficit are not likely to be able to live in the community with 34 hours of care per week and thus will not be eligible. There may be fees when deemed necessary by service providers.

Provides flexible respite in the homes of people who are caring for a person with a disability who lives with them. The person with a disability must be aged from 0-65 years, and lives in the Eastern Sydney region. One intake session occurs each year(financial Year), and applicants undergo an assessment(assesments take place March -May) by an allocations committee who determine if their application has been successful. Packages are also provided.

Provides hostel accommodation and an Intoxicated Persons Unit (IPU) for homeless women over 18, including those with developmental disabilities. The IPU is a place where women with drug and/or alcohol problems can come and sleep for 8 hours. Services available include: showers, laundry facilities and meals.
